PONY Baseball has not issued a moratorium on the use of COMPOSITE BATS.  The only rule regarding bats for 2011 at this point is the size limits as discussed at the President's Meeting.  2 and 5/8 max for Shetland thru Mustang in 2011.  This rule will be implemented for Bronco and above in 2012.
