I have always kept that in mind when playing and now coaching this great game. In what I teach, know and understand, I've built a knowledge base by reading, watching, listening, learning and implementing new approaches. Making sure you're constantly learning keeps a coach's mind sharp.
What is my approach? I take my knowledge and YOUR style and body structure to help create the best swing or pitch possible. Above all, I teach how the BODY creates and transfers the energies needed for more power and higher pitch velocities and how to apply them using proper mechanics.
